Are you Fear, Respect or Honor Based?

Fear-Based -

Fearmongers threaten the well-being of you or someone you love to manipulate you. They bluff scarcity where there is none. Create enemies at the gate where none are to be found.

And then they buy into their own lies. Ever vigilant to not become a victim themselves.

And if you call their bluff, get ready. This can only end in one of three ways. It escalates to either I kill you, you kill me, or we come to an "understanding."

Respect-Based - Coming to an "understanding."

The Respectable realize they do not have to be victims. They can demand Respect, asserting their right to be treated equally.

The rule amongst the Respectable is this: Where there is no equitable transaction, there is no interaction—$5 of work requires the delivery of $5 worth of services.

The world of Respect only works because no one is the loser. "I will not become a victim, and neither will you. I'll give you what you give me, no more, no less.  There are no suckers here."

But it doesn't work forever, does it?

Eventually, a person realizes that the net return of the Respect game is always zero. $5 for $5.

And given that a net-zero ROI is not an option, The Respect-Based become a pack of Fearmongers, Preying on those who still live in fear.  All the while hoping their prey never realize that they, too, can demand a seat at the table.

That pool of the fearful is shrinking exponentially.

The ability to share intelligence has accelerated workers' realization that they don't have to live in fear, Burning through workforces willing to work for absurdly less than what they deliver.

The world of Fear and Respect is a system that inevitably leads to collapse. What was manufactured for cheap in Japan had to move on to China, then from China to India, Bangladesh, Venezuela...

Those that leverage fear are doubling down on their efforts, hoping to right the world they built. You can see it. They are putting more and more force into silencing the voices of those who stand up for themselves. They create scarcity where there is none. They create false enemies amongst us to divide and conquer. They create false threats to our Honor, Family, and Freedoms.

So, once the world runs out of victims, then what? There has to be an alternative; otherwise, the world will have no other option but to consume itself.

Honor- Based People are realizing they don't need to live in Fear.

The world is changing.

But more and more of us are no longer playing the game. Where barriers are created, we walk around them, regardless of how far the path is. We create connection, not enmity.  Where scarcity is broadcasted, we create abundance. Where they claim our Honor is at stake, we remember no one can threaten it. We can only abandon it.

The Honor-Based

There is a world well outside the realms of Fear and Respect. It is the world of the Honor-Based. Our souls have always yearned for this world, but intellectually this world looks absurd and insane; no logical person would ever want to live there.

The Honor-Based value intelligence more than wealth, yet live with an abundance mentality. They give everything they have and expect the same from others. They value connection more than "connections." Purpose instead of popularity. They embrace their "ugly truth."  Celebrating every weakness they discover. They are inquisitive and eager to learn.

To the world, such values may seem ridiculous. But we are finally seeing that the Honor-Based are creating an alternate world that is outside the reach of the fearmongers and manipulators.

Standing on an Honor-Based Foundation lifts us to see past the bullying, lies, and manipulation. It unshackles the inexhaustible power of our volition, propelling us down the path of life joyfully lived.

The Honor-Based cannot be controlled. That's why they are so scary to those who "rule."

We no longer play their game. There are no rules, only values. And you can't enforce values.

It's your choice.

Live in Fear. Fight for Respect. Or stand with Honor.
